none, imho actually engage has a big edge as they have a few 'key' elements that NETP has not considered i haven't checked either in detail in the last month, but believe that engage model has an active marketing promotional element a la andromedia best go back as far as possible in the company PR's and see if there are any software acquisition unfortunately with ENGA may not have announced which systems they have rolled in i happened to have seen the announcements on the target company websites in the research i was doing for a current project good luck ynot ;)
