You make a good point. I don't know how much capital is needed to become a major EBPP entity. If companys of Compuserve's size or greater are on the case, CKFR may have many well capitalized competitors. More important it is a major bank that has apparently turned to Compuserve to achieve this. No cause for alarm. I think CKFR will be a major EBPP player but this may help explain the stock performance. Conceivably the investment community turns to the banks for EBPP advice and are told that they are trying to replace CKFR. This could well have had a "chilling" effect on the stock. What do you think?
