I would think that they would be under the lockout restriction preventing them from selling for a period of time (I think 6 months).

The one time game wouldn't help them with the quarter in the analysts eyes, as they tend to throw those numbers out the window. Wind would have to state whatever amount was attributed to a one time gain.
