Well, I don't know about seeing POS3 below zero, but wiping out equity holders is not entirely out of the question. With this big sell off POS3 now has all that debt that will never get converted off the liability section of the balance sheet. While the interest rate is pretty sweet, it still will be a big drain on cash flow.

Another drain will be compensation costs. New hires are not going to be too excited about working for 5 bucks an hour and a potfull of worthless options if the stock price just drifts lower, or even sideways for that matter. More and more, they are really going to have to be a successful WallMart to pull it off.
