I sold the bulk of my position for a few 32's loss apon reading the "death spiral" section of the 10Q, it's a nasty IMO. That said, I hope I'm wrong, have a smidge, and we're getting down there to where the price may be a drop in the bucket for Hoechst or whoever. However, from what I can see if HOE bid $4 for the company, they'd have to buy the outstanding shares + 10 million shares from the bad boys... an extra $40 million! Pretty punative. I'll try to verify how much of this thing is outstanding. I will say that PARS held up around the $1 and change level untill the bad boys had exercised all their options and is now about clear of their death spiral... so it can be done for sure!
