hi rob. yeah, i got that same kind of a response originally. but what they're really saying is that they (the broker) represented you (the owner) in a securities transaction and now they (the broker) are unable to obtain for you (the owner) the result of that transaction. i advised mine that their explanation should be clear and accurate in case i needed to provide it to securities authorities at some point during the course of the effort. the'll get the message. good luck.
