It was only two weeks ago there was talk of split here because there was not enough shares on the public float ,Who is dreaming and Who is out to lunch here?

According to the Management Information Circular filed recently at SEDAR ...

As at July 30, 1999 22,441,240 were issued and outstanding ...

Based on the date above, that would account for (and include) all warrants recently exercised and the conversion of the preferred share series. The only dilutive shares would be the stock options held by management and insiders, which numbered 930,000 (at various prices between $0.28 and $1.15 - gee, do you think those will get exercised as the expiry dates come up???) as of March 31, 1999 according to the Annual Report also recently filed at SEDAR.

That would make the number of fully diluted shares = 23,371,240
