Zitel management apparently executed their business plan as envisioned with their expansive talk of business lines and subsidiaries, and self-congratulatory lauding within the executive ranks. My cut; Zitel's business continues to be forging dollars to dimes....

BTW my early impression of the acquisitions was one of using the residual capital to feather several potential landing spots for cronies. I don't think my initial impression was much off target in retrospect.
