Pardon me, but are you the same Jeffrey S. Mitchell who has derided others for their seeking to obtain information directly from the company, either via the officers or the IR folks?

Jeffrey, I certainly do agree with your comments. Image is vital to the "integrity" of a company, particularly one trading on the BB. Kudos to Terry for maintaining a "reserved" attitude in shareholder conversations. I think that is the mark of a strong CEO. Greg's e-mail was directed to loyal supporters of PINC, many of whom I am sure had purchased their shares in excess of $1.00. IRs have, in my opinion, a rather thankless job. Since Terry's arrival at the President position, PINC shares had declined from over $1.00 to the 3/8 area. Yet I believe he has done a remarkable job in setting up PINC for some major growth. I believe Greg was simply trying to "help" some loyal supporters by alerting them that the investment community is and will be starting to take notice of PINC's true growth fundamentals. He did not post his e-mail on the SI Board, I did, and for that I take full responsibility. Greg was certainly not trying to hype or "puff" the investment merits of PINC to the investment universe, but rather to apprise any existing loyal shareholders that PINC is and will start to be recognized for what it is...a Company with some excellent growth potential, thus giving them the opportunity to "average down" should they so wish. Again, my mistake for communicating his message on the SI Board. My posting was not intended to try to prompt an artificial run-up or short lived jump in the PINC shares, but rather to just inform those who are truly interested in the future of this Company. Once PINC becomes a reporting company and the financials become a known entity, the shares will go to their proper level. The Company "seems" to be turning the corner into profitability now and the remaining months of this year should be quite good. 25 cents per share could well be a reality, which, if true, could put these shares at the $4 to $5 area by next March. Right now, I feel that this Company is on an excellent growth path. Time will tell if I am right. Greg's current toll free number is found at the bottom of all press releases. Call him and talk with him. Yes, he may be a bit enthusiastic but I would much rather have his "attitude" that an IR who really doesn't give a #@#&%! The important thing to me is that I believe he is HONEST! Good luck to you with all of your investments!
