Thanks for the article. As hard as it is to not feel discouraged with the stagnant lows I firmly believe this is temporary. I'm tempted to ignore the prices for the rest of August (except I'll continue to watch them!), since I don't expect much until at least September and possibly as late as October or November. Even if EGRP's recovery is beyond that I'll patiently wait because I'm convinced that this is a bigtime winner in the long run!
