What if they were just driven across the border like any other export. Un checked at the border in the back of a 1979 Ford LTD?

I understand it would take a lot of shielding to prevent detection. As for subs I only know they can be detected at shallow depths, like at their firing positions. If they're going to bring one in on a sub they'd still have to move thru shallow water.

I'm more worried about a biological or even chemical attack. Since nukes are easier to detect I think they'll only be used in wartime.
