Take a closer look at this..may be a good buy op....heard on the radio this morning (WCBS-AM New York) that alot of the e-commerce companies are so into giving the buyer the advantage AND beating out the competition, that profits are not being seen - the result is the share prices for some of these E-commerce business's will not sustain. AOL, in my opinion, is the largest ISP in this country and is still growing....most people I know still do not have internet in their cardboard boxes....ur...i mean homes.

***ON THE INSIDE***
----------------------------------------
The past few weeks have been tough for
AOL (as it has for the rest of the
tech sector). After hitting an all-
time high of $175 ?, the stock has
plunged to $85.

Interestingly enough, in the past
month, there has been a heavy amount of
insider selling.

Such filings are called Form 144's.
They are required for anyone who is an
insider of the company - such as an
officer, director, key employee or
shareholder of 10% or more the company's stock.

Let's take a look....

Kathryn A. Bushkin, the Senior Vice
President, Chief Communications
Officer, filed to sell 100,000 shares
for $10.7 million.

President and Chief Operating Officer
(he was the founder of MTV Networks).
He filed to sell 1 million shares for
$107.8 million.

General Alexander Haig is a director of
AOL. He was the Secretary of State
during the Reagan Administration. Haig
also serves as a director of such
companies as Interneuron Pharmaceuticals and MGM Grand.

He filed to sell 300,000 shares for
$29.4 million.

James Barksdale is a director of AOL.
He was formerly the CEO of Netscape,
which was merged into AOL.

He filed to sell 100,000 shares for
$10.3 million.
