Dear Radim, " On new shares issued he answered: we will not issued as many shares as we previously thought due to the stock price and we don't need as much capital right now, shares will be issued as needed for M&A, etc." 1. They just filed a new SB-2 if they have no intention of using those shares why bother registering them? 2. They just did a convertible bond as well as issuing a huge chunk of shares for finders fee ( listed on secondary offering but they have no intention of selling them, LOLOL ) that ate up some of those shares, again they did not lower APO to reflect that tho did they. 3. According to SB-2 shares are available only for a 6 month timeframe from day of acceptance by SEC, again there is no need for a SB-2 to conduct M & A, any implication that there is is a bald faced lie, the shares are being filed to sell on open market.
