The obvious is he feels now is as good of a price as he is going to get near term, but I think he, like many other TOP CEO's sells a certain amount each year to spread out the Tax burden?? Nothing more.

I am not concerned with IBM in general, but feel it is the TECH leader and will lead the market either higher or lower.

I infer that he is not worried about the pitiful lump sum settlements the employees got in liu of their pensions.
