Hey Bruce, I feel this one could go either way right now. The major negatives being higher interest rates, and with PRTL's debt and acquisition strategy, a rising rate environment is bad news. Also, we are embarking on a pricewar in the long distance market. How will this impact PRTL?? On the other had, PRTL is such a prime takeover candidate, and it has already corrected quite a bit. Plus, recent earnings were steller with exceptional revenue growth and margin expansion. The question is...which way will she go?? Who's got the silver ball. Minos
