Mike, I'm fairly certain that Charles Town racetrack is in West Virginia. I also believe there's a city in Delaware called Charlestown. Tell me the truth. What's better for you: 1. A runaway winning streak at the track. 2. Sex 3. Having sex while betting on at home simulcasts and cashing tickets of all sorts in every position.
