I just put in a 1/3rd long position for UOPIX on the close,
we may have more downside & I'll add to it later .
We still haven't got the blow off volume we need for
a bottom, but when it hits it will bounce so hard and
fast that getting in may not be so easy.

NDX just put up a fast flag, 30 pt's in 20 min ..tahts a hard
bounce..but with out volume I don't know that it signals a bottom,
it's easy to bounce the market on low volume.
Any way I'll still try a partial long for the close.
