USAB + AAPL + ELNK + FON all in cahoots for some promo offer? AJ (and all): I hate adding to the rumor mills, but what's the latest w/ the BancDudes? A friend just called me, asking about the Apple/Earthlink/USABanc.com deal... said he heard from a co-worker (whose spouse either works for Sprint or with them) that there was some deal similar to the freemac.com thing, somehow Sprint may be involved too ??? huh??? SAY WHAT? I must confess, it's been days since I sat at a computer and have no idea what he's talking about (guess I should check Yahoo!, he said this was mentioned there yesterday?) but today's stable USAB price suggests that this might hold some water. Is this a rumor gone wild or a potential deal? I definitely remember seeing Apple links on "Orbit." The idea definitely has similarities to what USAB plans w/ Microworkz too. Don't recall anything related to Sprint or Earthlink though. Can you or anyone else shed some light on this for me? Has the new commercial been airing on CNBC? (no cable here) Thanks, -VeloSpeed
