If I didn't own a part of this co., I'd be willing to bet that it was a government operation. Quarter after quarter the numbers and managements' comments get sillier and sillier. " We have reached record sales for the year but we are writing off our continuing operations and we will strive to come up with new and innovative products that no one wants to buy ". How long do these people expect the stockholders to put up with this nonsense? Shame on me for still holding shares in the co. It seems to me that the main objective of management is to make certain that management has a job. I'm really anxious to see if any heads roll as a result of the "Record Sales". Apparently, the products that IMG produces aren't worth anything. Otherwise I assume that someone would buy the co., since the stock is trading at such a depressed level. Perhaps, once these numbers are digested and the inevitable slide in the price of the stock takes place, someone will purchase the whole operation for a song.

Forgive me for this long and wordy post but after five years I've about had enough of managements' nonsense.
