A post from RB worth looking at: Look for an announcement next week on the JVP. The lid on this info is hermetically sealed. No one knows who it is except Vellema, Hurley, and maybe a handful of others. It should be a blockbuster deal. I've heard that the deal is structured with a 50/50 revenue split and MPTV will not have to pay back the money (est. 15-20mil). MPTV will maintain 100% control of all business decisions. The first stage is to renovate the villas (6-9months) and then construct the high rise. Also, Palm Springs is set to go. When they get ready to start this the weather will be beautiful out there. Nothing but good things for this company from here on out. icedog
