Eric,

numbers 4 and 5 have a great deal to do with why I feel they will rebound. I dont hold a position in any nets right now, but I believe in all the bearish predictions. Huge potential, growth, market, what have you. I spend about 10 hours a day on the internet. (I trade through an OLB, and usually watch the tedious up and downticks of the market) I bought my first CD's online about 2 weeks ago. Have purchased airline tickets, and have even shopped around for a new car, although I believe I would rather have the hands on experience there. Online auctions are a great way to find a bargain, and the lists goes on and on. It is evident to me that the internet is the wave of the futuure. I do not believe we can fully understand the true value of these companies with typical valuations. Yes, they are currently viewed as overvalued, but whos to say? It comes down to a personal belief. Right now the sentiment is that nets are priced too high and the market is acting accordingly. However, I believe this x-mas season will see even higher than expected sales and renewed interest in these phenoms. Like I stated before, it comes down to a personal belief. I believe they will be back, and then some, while others believe this is their end. This is what makes a market. Only time will tell.
