Longs,

ACTV IS IN THE BEST POSITION THEY HAVE EVER BEEN IN!

1) Patents; We own the convergence with our core-breakthrough technology.
2) Partners; Liberty, GIC, TVG, Fox, AT&T, SFA, TUNE, Ect.
3) Cash; Millions in the bank.
4) Debt; NONE!
5) HyperTV launch this quarter.
6) Individualized Television launch 4th quarter.
7) We will soon see the JV with Liberty come to light in the form of a National Event.
8) We should have completed the new JV with GIC for interactive advertising and will see that formal announcement soon.
9) ACTV has the ability to raise the capital for the regional individualized facilities that will be going on-line starting 1st qtr 2000.
10) The major players in the industry are now courting ACTV.

If you have margin calls sell your other holdings, sell your car, sell your brother?s car, sell your kids, sell everything but your sole.

If you have cash, buy as much as you can, tell your friends to buy as much as they can, invest your parents retirement in ACTV, bust open your kids piggy bank and buy, spend the kids college savings, sell your golf clubs and buy more.

This is a no-brainer!!!!

Actually the 200 day moving average was the fairest to IATV... The 50 and 100 day Moving averages have been SHATTERED! the 200 has just been crossed...all in negative direction of course.

As a technical investor who also weighs fundamentals and momentum the Moving average means a lot to me as does MO.. The fundamentals still seem to be going in the right direction as Art said the company seems to be sitting on a goldmine...
