Why? Couldn't one (if so inclined) pick up a million shares with no restrictions for around 5 mill?

Recall the arrangement with these people is that they make
no real (CASH) payments until 12 months after the transaction takes place. So it really doesn't matter what they agree to pay. I will agree with you, however, that a
$ 20 stock purchase sounds better than one at $ 4, so why not leave it $ 20.00. The real test comes when HITT announces these hokey arrangements with LFT, and then the stock does either nothing or even goes down when the news comes out. Just like the PR on the June quarterly earnings.
That was a real bummer, don't you think ? Great earnings.. and the stock retreats about 25 %.

Any idea, bob, on this quarter's results ?
