"The Committee" thanks everyone who has sent the Affidavit of Zenith stock ownership (Post # 6210) or letter of stock ownership to our legal counsel. Our first step in objecting to LG's prepackaged bankruptcy plan is to request that the court appoint an "Official Committee" to represent the minority shareholders. These Affidavits and letters will help to convince the Bankruptcy Trustee that the minority shareholders need to be represented in this process. If you have contact with other Zenith shareholders you might suggest that they also send our legal counsel either (1) the Affidavit (Posting #6210) or (2) a letter of stock ownership.

The Chicago Tribune ran an article about the plight of Zenith minority shareholders and this Website. The article generated information from various sources, including former employees, that will be very helpful in the Bankruptcy Court. We request that all former and current employees send information related to LG's questionable actions to our legal counsel at:
