eFax.com and Accent Team Up in E-commerce Partnership; Multilingual portal offers high-quality translations to eFax.com customers

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo., Sept. 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Accent Software International (OTC Bulletin Board: ACNTF - news, ACNUF - news) and eFax.com (Nasdaq: EFAX - news) today announced an e-commerce agreement to provide multilingual translations to eFax.com customers. eFax.com has signed-up more than one million users in less than six months. Anyone receiving a fax over the Internet via eFax.com will now have the ability to translate the fax into any natural language of the world.

''This agreement exemplifies our efforts to embed our services into the networks of global-minded corporations,'' said Todd Oseth, president and CEO of Accent. ''Our technology and services make us an effective portal for global electronic business solutions over the Internet. Corporations using our technology for their global e-business solutions will have a significant head start over other companies in reaching the worldwide marketplace.''

Ron Brown, vice president of marketing for eFax.com, adds, ''Multilingual communications are vital to business in today's shrinking world economy. The ability to provide our customers with multilingual capabilities through Accent's Internet portal is exactly the type of value-added service we are looking to offer our installed base.''

Documents can be translated to and from virtually any language of the world and will be returned to the user via e-mail in a generic text format. Requesting a translation is as simple as clicking on a LanguageWare icon that is distributed along with eFax documents. Length of time required for translation is dependent on the length of the document and languages requested. For example, a one-page fax from English to German would be turned around within 24-48 hours at a cost of $35 per page. Asian language translations cost roughly $45 per page.
