No, IMHO, QWST is targeting ISP's, including AOL.
The're offering unlimited internet access and limited domestic long distance for $25.
This is a big incentive.
You are correct in that they do not provide content.
If AT&T joins this war, the prices could move lower.
I am long AOL, and feel that AOL has a great business model.
Do feel they have to leverage their huge assets in ICQ, AIM, AOL TV, streaming and
telephony, as well make a deal with cable access providers soon.

Long term, this is the stock to be in.
Short term, it's all up to Case and Pittman.
