IMO, it means there's a buyers' strike and that anyone who wants to sell is doing so out of desperation.

I2: Let me put my UTEK hat on. Okay: Re: "As a follow-up to my follow-up post, does today's very low volume in UTEK mean that anyone who will sell at these levels has already done so? Or maybe that nobody else wants to buy it? Or both?" I'll choose both. BUT UTEK performs very well in a down market yet does next to nothing in an up market so I would not read anything into it. Let's hope that history changes. Plenty of small cap semi equips with low volume out there today.
