robert,

This was the biggest load of baloney I have had the pleasure to read for a while.

Hopefully Intel will use this design technique in it's new Willy chip.

AMD has done a lot of work in this regard regarding clcok skew issues. Check out a fremont outfit called ultimatte(?i think).

regards,

Kash

Bob,

I don't believe those figures, either.

Yes. I'm sitting here in Sardinia in the Mediteranean as I type this. With the turbulance in my personal life, things are starting to look up. It's almost 4:00 am here now. I just got back from sitting at the top of a mountain with three beautiful Italian girls watching a meteor shower (of course, if things had really gone well, I wouldn't be writing this to you now, but as they say here, "piano-piano." Tomorrow is the eclipse. It should be about %80 where I'm at. I was thinking about going up to Germany to see it at 100%, but just didn't have the energy.

Pretty crazy what happened to Cyrix.

Regards,
Pravin.
