J.T., The reason SPX got some support as you indicated in your memo today is because it is testing its 200 dma. I beleive that it will close below it in all likelihood and when that happen then capitulation will be at hand!!!

JT, we will have to see what kind of rally the bulls can put on here, intc sure looks toppy to me, it hasn't closed on it's high once in about two weeks, signs of distribution, also Heinz will tell you there are just way too many semiconductor bulls.

JT, the bearishness finally kicked in, we must keep an open mind that this may have been a cycle low and the recent bearish comparisons to 1987, 1973 etc. may have put in a bottom, in 1994 the a/d line got very oversold while the indexes did not, we must keep this in mind when comparing this market to previous market tops, we must also remember that we put in a 4 year cycle low last year.

the market will tell us in the quality of this rally and the retest.

The nostradamas end of the world eclipse may have actually created a market bottom -g-
