India - Pakistan: I think that there is an outside chance that it will be full-fledged war IFFF. 1) BJP wins majority in October. 2) If there is any truth to the allegations that there is Pak hand behind the recent railway mishaps in India. Vajpayee might do it AFTER the elections if the intelligence reports back these allegations.
