Whoa, smiley. The world doesn't revolve around people who own seek and want to stick their head in the sand. Some of us, who have held seek for a long, long time, aren't happy with the deal. And that doesn't mean that only cheerleaders get to stay aboard here and the rest of us have to sell our shares when its down 70% off its highs.

I've been here far too long to listen to crap like "seek, love it or leave it." It's the intellectually-challenged that allow bad deals lie this to go down.

I too am an owner of SEEK. I have to say I too am dissapointed with the failure of management (both DIS and SEEK) to make clear the value of this 'buy out'. It feels like a deal that gives the company to DIS for whatever the market on a given day will bare. I bought in 4 months back because I thought the pending deal would give support to the stock. I was lucky to sell calls on it each month to lower my cost to about 40! Now I debate whether to average down into this vague situation or just let my money be dead until management clarify's the value of the deal (can't sell calls until the price appreciates at this point). A fair minded person at least has to agree that Seek management did not negotiate well for shareholders and that DIS did a great job in getting something for apparently, nothing. I have freinds that held up to the highs of this year. They too are very dissapointed. Thoughts? Steve D.
