Steve, they had to stay away from NTOP because they were on the distribution list for the NTOP IPO. Indeed, this report would have been out days ago but. MSDW's compliance department held it up because they talked too much about NTOP valuation. Anyway, they are quite conservative and view it as an obvious arbitrage opportunity. As for competition. I sort of think with NTOP's partners they are quite well positioned for their peice of the market.
