No, I would charactize someone who tries to justify their buy on the buy of an unknown investor as being lemming-like.

Your "more favorable" equates to "more favorable" than investmet Armageddon. Who is forcing you to invest in VLNC? Take a look, there are plenty of excellent companies with outstanding performance out there. You guys are reduced to trying to glean information from stop gap financing transactions, mysterious (and consistently wrong) "I heards" from internet stock threads, SEC documents that you claim are thoughtlessly copied from previous SEC documents, and conference call replays that are cancelled for unexplained reasons.

Research to supplement the normal stream of information received through the customary shareholder-friendly reporting policies of almost all companies is fine. With VLNC, you don't appear to have that. So why do you punish yourselves with it?
