Henry, thanks for the links re touts for Intel and Cisco.

Hogan says that the second half of the year should be much better than the first. Many companies should be Y2K
compliant, which is where all of their attention has been, and they can re-focus on technology.

I haven't heard that one yet. Maybe he means many companies have gotten all their software compliant, and now can upgrade their hardware. Whatever it takes.
