Discussions with senior management and even visits to corporate sites should reveal no material non-public information. If it does, it too is illegal. You sure do have a skewed sense of what are your shareholder rights! You really should get a copy of SEC explanations on shareholder rights and insider trading. Or get a copy of the CFA code of ethics. It might open your eyes and do you some good.
