It would seem that in this global economy the central bankers are basically out for each their respective countries and probably don't trust the other central bankers and probably would be terrified to sell their gold for the most part for fear that once they did..what would the larger country do next
ie chess playing ..afraid of the next move?
(Canada and australia know they have it in the ground..so they can
always dig it up and replenish.. here in the Us with all the environmental laws.. well..I guess they can be waved also
