The Ariad toxic and my own naivete have taken
a pretty substantial bite out of my trading
account this year. Finding this thread and
stealing the #1000 post is small consolation <g>.

It never occurred to me to search the SI threads
for "floorless". If ever there was a thread for me
to read, this is it (Ariad). I hope it wasn't before
pointed out to me and I just never got around to
bookmarking it...but never too late to learn from
mistakes--I'll enjoy reading the thread over the next
week or so, and thanks go to Zeev.

Junk Equity Deals Can Harm Stock

I'll be reading the thread with this thought in
mind: Is there a way to punish these misdeeds?
I will grant that there are many ways to lose a
lot of money on Wall Street...but this way seems
to be particularly malicious, and I'd like to play
a small part in making the bandits, or maybe just
Ariad management, squirm.
