I'm not a daytrader, but I do do some intraday trades, and use IQ Charts (1, 5, 15, 60 minutes) to help with intraday entries and exits, along with Level 2 for Nasdaq issues. Level 2 isn't imperative, but it does help if you know how to use it...

ff: You said you are just starting to day trade. This is a different world you are about to enter into. IQ Charts will not be the panacea you hope for. For your money's sake, please take a few days to check in with the SI thread called DAYTRADING Fundamentals. It's only a couple months old but has an unbelievable amount of wealthy information there. You would be cheating yourself if you didn't avail yourself of this wisdom. Don't trade without reading this thread! Ken
