VECO supplies IBM with the complex tools needed to fabricate the GMR heads. Veeco said in the last CC that the industry has GMR capacity of 10% to 20%, and will ramp that up to 100% over the next few years. The fact the all new DDs coming from IBM is GMR is just further proof that the GMR transition is well under way and I think VECO will be a primary beneficiary of that transition. IBM is one of VECO's largest customers.
