It is an open exchange period. It is also likely to take at least 2 weeks for exchanges to begin.

If you were thinking about buying BGIXE, then exchanging for THCLV and selling for double, fine, but consider the lag.

By the time the exchanges begin, I think that the market will have sorted out what's going on, and closed the gap between BGIXE and THCLV.

I think that closure will come more from BGIXE going up than THCLV going down, but BGIXE may be limited, as anyone failing to meet the 9/3 deadline for exchanging gets stuck with worthless shares (recall that BGIXE will be delisted on 9/1).

Good luck, whatever you decide. I bought more shares of BGIXE today, couldn't resist at just over $1.
