I always get into trouble when I try to predict MU price
with DRAM pricing trends but I keep hearing the spot continues to go up now at $7.30 some have predicted $7.50
by the end of this week, and $8 by month end. OEM pricing will move up with the spot eventually(this is where MU profits are key). Already talk of Mid month price hike to OEMs on Monday is what is now sounding for sure.
Now, does this mean MU goes up? Well, if one thinks this market tightening is sustained could mean more profit for MU next quarter and maybe even the next.
Is this why the analysts are coming out with new targets of $80 and $90?
So, I am ready, let me have it, I know all you guys out there by now, where is MU heading? Today was no show.
Good trading.
