Interesting question Kidl.

I expect that's just the sort of question Stocker will be asking during the depositions, though he probably already knows the answer. When it's revealed that another party has been funding the LLB - lookout. A third party funding arrangement will be a another example that the band has not been operating in good faith, and will further weaken their position. Before the ink is dry on the deposition statement in which third party funding is revealed, I expect that suits will be launched against the third party, and anyone who advised the band to enter into such an agreement.

I agree that Sungold would not want to inherit the band's legal bill, but I doubt if that's likely. I think it's more likely that both the band's legal expenses, and Sungold's, will be written against the band's portion of future earnings.

BTW - there's a hearing scheduled for the 13th - that's this Friday . I thought it was on the 6th, but the date was changed.
