Yes, I read the pr and read the pr on the qwest site as well. It was reported differently on CNBC. Still $24.95 flat rate sounds for internet and long distance is huge.

Here, let me make a prediction before Chambers - that was Mizzou can bitch about me instead of Chambers. I predict that access fee's of any kind will be $0 in the next 2 years. Providers will generate revenue by selling services over their access lines which they'll provide for FREE!
