Oh My Gosh! Lynn Briggs got busted....no wonder F'dschwa is so upset, for the truth about Lynn Briggs has been exposed, and by a ZSUN long no less. This little tidbit has made my week at the beach so much more delightful! Buyer Beware! PS Hey Lynn, why dont you start working on your answers to my discovery questions. Check the ZSUN Discovery Questions thread. You're BUSTED. My guess is that you will be regretting this lawsuit very soon. One more thing, taking advantage of foreigners, especially those who are not totally fluent in English, while you sell them stovk that is totally unsuitable for US investors, what does the Book of Mormon have to say on that subject?

Discovery Questions for the Judgment Day!!!!! Topic: Establish Identity of Lynn Briggs I think it is important that when we finally get to start discovery on ZSUN that we pin down Lynn Briggs. We have evidence that Lynn Briggs was the CEO of ZSUN, prior to Tobin. We need to establish the following: 1) Did Briggs have a position or ownership interest at IAM? 2) Did Briggs have a position or ownership interest at PT Dolok Permai? 3) Did Briggs have a position or ownership interest at Amber? 4) Did Briggs have a position or ownership interest at Veritas? 5) Did Briggs have any interest in the other stocks in the group? 6) Did any of these financial firms (IAM, Oxford, PT Dolok Permai, Amber (now called World Financial) participate in placing ZSUN/BTTF securites? 7) If Briggs was (or still is) involved with these shady brokerages did he disclose in the ZSUN/BTTF offering memoranda this conflict of interest?
