For some reason, it seems as if there is delayed reaction to SYCD news. This could be what is going on now. We had news on August 2.

Jim, you get around the penny stock circles pretty well. Do you see SYCD being pumped all over? I don't. I also have not gotten a single SYCD recommendation from the dozen or so penny stock picker e mail lists I am on. I believe that SYCD appears is moving in spite of the internet, not because of it like so many pennies. I really feel like this is moving because of something going on behind the scenes. In speaking to Sy and Bill recently I got the impression that the company is working on some major deals. Maybe one of these deals is a go and folks in the know are loading up.
