Scott, I think that Windstar is saying that it has a fully reporting company shell to sell. If I remember correctly the claims held by Windstar were of marginal quality. It could have played if IPM had kept the dirt market juiced. Interesting that Windstar is fully reporting and Maxam isn't. However, a shell is a terrible thing to waste. <VBG>
