I think we are incredibly cheap here. I do not see that the market potential has decreased since January. In fact, the market is about to explode IMO. A recent post put the embedded market at $3 billion in the next few years. Wind, the most significant player, has only about $ 129 million of this. While sales are not straight line, if one takes the average the revenue growth rate in my opinion will be 50 % p.a. at least. This is because the "roll your own" embedded os of the past (the majority of the market) will dissappear for cost and design reasons. Plus the internet and worldwide technology growth is rapidly expanding tech markets. Plus the competition will lend to eliminate Wind's "invisible" status. While Wind won't dominate a few years out; it still should be the leader - I would be happy with a 40 % market share of 3 billion.

I think we will beat the 16 cents. My guess is 22 cents. The profit as a percentage of revenue makes any significant upward volitility in revenues have a significant imact on EPS growth. My guess is that analysts are underestimating the revenue for this quarter. Just look at EPS growth on WIND vs. revenue growth. And the fact that they "missed" revenue last quarter.

Sincerely,
Ben
