Gary, If I for one minute believed there were to be a reverse split, I would sell my shares now and buy them back cheaper at a later date. Obviously, since I have been accumulating rather than selling, this is not *my* belief. What I can't understand is that with all your negativity, and if you truly believe the stock is going into the 20 cent range and a reverse split is down the road, why you don't sell *your* shares and buy them back at what you believe will be a cheaper price and/or find something else more to your liking.

It seems that no one has been able to answer your concerns adequately. JJ told me he NEVER received your email and I must say that I have found him to be honest and truthful. Perhaps it was sent to his old email address, that I do not know. But it seems most of us get through to him and get return calls eventually, so I do not know what the problem is with you getting the same response. I am not saying you are not right ... I am saying that your beliefs are strictly that, your opinions only. You have not offered any proof or substantiation and seem to be throwing out a lot of harsh statements without anything to back it up.

And I am sorry if I believe the "Don says" .. .but since he is the CEO, and when you invest in a company you are investing in it's management team as well ... well, then if I can't believe what he says regarding the company, I wouldn't be in this stock. It seems you disbelieve anything Don says - so my question is - and I don't mean this to be confrontational - but why are you still in this stock?

Gary_G....I know that you are as frustrated like a lot of us long termers. But relax.....Big things are happening.

The president stated a number of times that there will be no reverse split. They got burnt on the last split. TSIS did a reverse split in 1996. They were loosing money and had to reissue more shares down the road. That is in the past.

Presently TSIS is earning 250k to 300k per quarter. Profit will be 1.0 to 1.2 million per year. (based on no growth) If half of that profit goes to buying back shares, that would remove 2.5 million shares per year.

Don did state in a email to me that there is no buy back program yet. He wants to wait for a few more quarters of earnings growth. He did say that he will reconsider a buy back in January.
