End of Day.. Up as anticipated as welcome news and oversold technicals conspired with great earnings from CSCO to launch an all day rally. We closed with low trin, bond rates wanting to fall back to 6% if the next leg of the refunding goes well, and fresh talk of takeovers stumulating cash coffers to place some money on the long side. Bonds will tell the story tomorrow, oil in my mind is over bought waiting for its own slippery slope if economic numbers don't remain very bullish.

Added to CHS today, sold some puts, and if nobody's visited the most enthusiastic site on SI try ECNC, whose stock hasn't lost a bit of its following despite a drubbing caused by the NASD not paying attention to its own reporting rules which resulted in the company being temporarily put on watch... tommorrow it gets lifted?

As to the eclipse wrecking havoc, who knows? As fast as its shadow is across our planet at 15,000 miles per hour scaring continents.. we've sent faster objects hurtling through space with happy campers inside. Time to run heads up into the new millenium.
