I sold mine at 10 3/8 a week ago. I get the money right away - cuts out Margin loan interest; there's no withholding tax; and no risk that the deal doesn't go through.

Thus my interest has been substantially reduced. :-)

I think more may be involved. SFLX has a small float of about 3 millions shares. It may be that the big owners (TKD) have not tendered. Today they revealed a confidential memorandum given to Saturn which projected 2000 revs of 250 mill,operating of 21.4 and net of 13.3 and 2001 revs of 300 mill ,operating of 31.9 and net of 20.3. We have a little time to think this over now but those are the projections some of us were throwing around in 1997 and early 1998 on this thread.
